Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and VettedRx Technologies ("VettedRx", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of vettedrx.online and all related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing job listings, uploading a resume, taking an assessment, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

VettedRx is a recruitment and career-readiness platform focused on Healthcare BPM/RCM roles — including medical coding, billing, AR calling, credentialing, prior authorization, eligibility verification, documentation, claims processing, quality audit, and payer/patient support.

• Candidate registration across supported job types with certification tracking
• AI-powered, ATS-friendly resume generation delivered via WhatsApp
• Job readiness assessments, skilling ground practice, and AI mock interviews
• A free and premium job board aggregating listings from public sources and direct employer postings
• Employer dashboards for job posting, candidate pipeline management, and hiring

When you register as a candidate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information about your identity, certifications, and work experience
• Upload only resumes and documents that you own or have the right to share
• Not misrepresent certifications (e.g. CPC, CCS, CRC) that you do not hold
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use
• Use assessment and interview features honestly, without impersonation or automated assistance to cheat

False certification claims may result in account suspension and removal from active job pipelines shared with employers.

Employer accounts (Company Admin, HR, Business Development/Finance roles) may only be created by authorized representatives of a genuine hiring organization. Employers agree to:

• Post only genuine, currently open roles with accurate compensation and location details
• Use candidate data made available through the Platform solely for legitimate recruitment purposes
• Not resell, redistribute, or scrape candidate data for purposes outside the hiring relationship
• Honor the confidentiality of candidate information as described in our Privacy Policy

VettedRx offers free and paid subscription tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond) for candidates, along with one-time scorecard unlocks and paid employer session/company slots. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Our AI-generated resumes and AI mock interview feedback are decision-support tools, not guarantees of accuracy or hiring outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated resume before it is sent to an employer.

• AI resumes are generated from the information and documents you provide — verify all details before use
• AI interview scores and readiness reports are indicative, based on your responses, and used to guide skilling recommendations
• Interview sessions may be recorded for scoring purposes only, subject to consent, as described in our Privacy Policy

The VettedRx name, logo, platform design, question banks, scoring models, and underlying software are the property of VettedRx Technologies. You retain ownership of your resume content and personal data. You grant VettedRx a limited license to use your data solely to operate the Platform and deliver services to you.

• Creating fake accounts, impersonating another person, or submitting forged certificates
• Scraping, bulk-downloading, or reverse-engineering the Platform or its data
• Uploading malware, spam, or content that infringes another party's rights
• Circumventing paid features, security controls, or rate limits
• Harassing candidates, employers, or VettedRx staff through the Platform

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VettedRx and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of employment opportunity, data, or income. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid VettedRx in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a security risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately; data handling on deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
